Don, I had a little trouble, but I think I know why. The download is huge. But worth the hassle. Once I opened it, I had to hit the refresh(little blue circular arrow) button a couple of times, but it finally came thru.

Thanks. Someone sent me a copy via email attachment. Usually I can download larger files from web than I can accept via email, but that seems to be not the case in this example. In any case, my plea did get me a copy, so things are settled.
