Soviet T10 Heavy

Anyone out there no if anybody manufactures a T10 Heavy Tank kit?

Tamiya did a very long time ago. Motorized and toy-like but boxed as a T-10 JS III. Saw one in a vintage model shop over 10 years ago and even then the price was high.

The price will give you a heart attack $129.00 US, resin kits are pricey , looks nice though .

Why on earth I spelled “know”, no, I’ll never no. ???
Thanks for the replies. Just curious about this tank as it was listed in the 50’s (?) as a “heavy” but modern day tanks are comparable or heavier. I believe it was around 54 tons.
Oh well…

Is there a conversion kit to make the stalin 3 into a T-10? Greg.

Not really feasible. The T-10 had a longer hull and an extra road wheel, not to mention some other fundamental hull dissimilarities (the lower hull front was shaped differently, etc.), although it is true that a first glance it appears to just be a recycled IS-3.

I kind of have to laugh. I did a T 62 with verlindens T 62 update kit and the front slope was about all you used from the Tamiya kit so I know what you mean. Thanks, Greg.

I’d like to turn an IS chassis into a Scud A but my wish to do this far outweighs my modelling ability. [|(]
