Soo....decal set or no decal set

Tried using search, was getting a very wide variety of hotwords in posts or errors. So here goes

Working on paint/graphics for my car

Primer - Dried around 12 hourish

Paint - 24+ hours dry

Future - 1 hour ago.

So after my 24+ hour drying period is up for the future I plan to put on another coat of future to seal the decals. So my question is, when I put on my decals; should i use the decal set wait (how many?) hours and future, or just water set wait for it drywell then future?

Sorry if im bringing up old postings, but i was not able to find my answers.

Just to be safe wait 48 hours for the Future to dry. Micro Set and Sol will disolve Future if it is not fully dry and cured.

Future wait 48 hours

Apply decals and decal setting solution. Let solutions dry throughly for a day.

Furture again over decals let dry another 48 hours

Spray on your finish.

For a car witha glossy paint job, would future not be a great clear coat?

Future as a gloss coat for a car model would be my first choice and I have used it on a 58 T-Bird model I built for my wife. The result was outstanding. I’d say go for it!
