This is the Hasegawa 1/48 scale Macchi MC 205 I built a couple years ago when I stopped flying R/C returned to plastic scale modeling.
The model was built OOB and I used kit decals, painted with Model Master enamels.
The kit was very easy to build and every thing went together better than any kit I had built up to that point. The decals were good too but the white portion of the decals was more of an off-white than a true white.

Not bad at all…I especially like the way the whole image is sepia toned on the second one…makes you look twice to see if it’s a photo of a model or not.
Thanks for showing us, mate!
Thanks joe and leemitcheltree!
This model has been collecting dust on my shelf for a couple years now and I decided to take some pics of it this afternoon while I had my camera out taking pictures of some other models.

Matrixone
you have done it justice.

Thanks again joe,
If I did not have so many older unbuilt kits I would build more of these Italian fighters, they have very interesting camouflage and markings.

Nice build. That is one of Hasegawas all-time best kits. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Rick!
The only way for that kit to be any easier to build would be having someone else build it.
I hope the Hasegawa Bf 109 kits are as easy to make, I have a few of them to build.

Thanks Rick, great paint job.
