I posted this in the a/c forum cuz it had to do with an Me-109 scheme. But I was thinking how cool it wouild be for to do an ambush scheme on the bike helmet.

WOW, Marc–that’s wicked cool!!
I’ve seen some cool helmet schemes over the years, but never anything related to modeling or war. The Japanese maunufacturers seem to stay away from that sort of “look” on their factory riders!
It would be cool to do a panzer-themed helmet! I was even thinking of a panzer-inspired guitar finish one day! Of course, I probably couldn’t sell it in Germany…[:-^]…[:)]
As far as I know Karl Panzers never really had Swastikas just Balkenkruz’s so you would be safe. But definitely that scheme on the helmet is definitely one of Galland’s ME109’s the “Mickey Mouse” type charachter was always on Adolf Galland’s aircraft.
Definately cooler than all of the standard motocross helmet designs I’ve seen.
Digital MARPAT or ACU would be pretty cool too.
Or how about a winter whitewash?
Now you realise ofcourse you are supposed to shout german stuff while riding your motorbike[;)]
ACHTUNG!!! ALAAAAAAARM!!! Feind gesichted!![[(-D]
Very cool indeed mate.
Doog, are you a guitar guy as well?
Richard
…Kind of.
Damn those are fricking awsome solos Karl. wish the hell i couldd play like that.
Funny you should say that I’m converting a old motorcycle helmet to ORV use and painting it in a Woodland camo scheme I have the OD on it right now.
Hummm…I can see it now…Karl in his workshop…adding Zim to his helmet…getting it ready for the dot camo pattern…
If he rides a snowmobile…he whitewashes the helmet before use…(and adds a few scratches so it looks used).
Rounds Complete!!
