Some books we "ship" modelers might want to get for our Book Shelf

I came across these on Amazon and ordered them for the book shelf ( yes the one sagging) I don’t know if they are new press or just reprints, but they look rather well, I have two of them already on Chinese Fighting ships, very good series well Illus. nice price.

"British Napoleonic Ship-Of-The-Line $10.17
(New Vanguard, 42)

"Pirate Ship 1660-1730 $10.47
(New Vanguard, 70)

“American Heavy Frigates 1794-1826”
(New Vanguard, 72)

I’ll add these next month.

Viking Longship
(New Vanguard 47)

Renaissance War Galley 1470-1590
(New Vanguard)

Spanish Galleon 1530-1690
(New Vanguard, 96)

What’s this?? No battleships, cruisers or destroyers?

As for me, I’m still patiently awaiting the long sought-after book, “Armed Garbage Scows of the South Pacific”.

I know, I know, I should switch to non-caffeinated beverages.

Oh, You need the book on

“The Floating Junk ,1745-1876”
Sanford and Son Publishing.

I tried to get to the main page of New Vangaurd to see the entire listing/offering to see if I want to add more , but can’t seem to fine it. Any of you CPU guru’s can help?
