I am building the Douglas Skyraider by Tamiya and I hope I got the name correct. I did not in an earlier post. It was the answer to the Dauntless and came out at the end of WWII. My wuestion is, what armament was typical of the Korean conflict? They provide such a great array of armament, I want to make the plane of that era. Thanks,
Bombs, 100 pound anti personnel to 1,000 pound GP. Nape, the un fined type. Rockets, usually the five inch type or the triple tube rocket launcher. A good book for reference is “Air war over Korea”.

There’s a pretty good book about it… “A-1 Skyraider”, not sure of the author though… Some good pictures, info, differences between the variants.
