SkyBow's M41 Walker Bulldog

Hi.

I’m thinking of acquiring the 1:35 M41 Walker Bulldog by Skybow, but I’m put off by its high price.

Are there any comprehensive reviews for this kit? All I’ve found are for the AFV Club offering but the kit isn’t available here.

Feedbacks for those who built the Skybow kit are needed as well.

Try to get a hold of the guy (sorry I forgot his name) from http://www.guntruck.com. He built the sky bow kit if I remember correctly.

AFV Club now own Skybow 1/35th moulds,
ive read reviews saying there the same kit, but ive heard from others saying there not the same

I have both the Skybow and AFV Club M41s. Both are entirely different kits. Personally, the Skybow kit looks better in the box, but both are great kits, far superior to the ancient Tamiya kit (it wasn’t bad for its day).

The AFV Club kit is what put Skybow under. Skybow put all their money into a highly requested kit and AFV Club released theirs first. Skybow’s kit is rather rare now, not many hit the market.

AFV Club ended up with many of Skybow’s molds. I do not know if the M41 was among the molds they received. I doubt they’d buy it since their’s is just as good.

Thanks for the info Rob. I’ve been thinking of getting the AFV offering, but was unsure of it’s fit and quality.
