This is Revell’s 1/48 scale F-84 built as a Skyblazers F-84G that flew at an airshow in
Detroit MI in 1952. Decals are from Experts Choice. Only additions are seat belts
everything else is out of the box.
man thats nice. Need more info, such as is the tail decaled or squirted? Whats the nmf on it? whats your clear coat?? beautiful build more more more info plz.

Great-looking bird!!! I have always read that the SkyBlazers were USAF-Europe only, as far as airshows go. They actually flew here in the States??
Thanks for your comments guys. Jeff the NMF is three different shades of Alclad over grey automotive primer ,no clear coat don’t feel it needs it and the tail is painted white with blue decal stripes. Wild Weasel the skyblazers were part of the 36 FBW based at Bergstrom AFB in 1952 they did their last show in Detroit with the F-84. In 1953 the mission was transfered to the 86 FBW.
