Side armour panels for a StuG III?

Available anywhere? The kit I ordered doesn’t have them (I think, haven’t got the kit yet)

if its the Tamiya Stug III G early, it does come with side armor. if not, I havnt built anyothers.

yeah my Tamiya Stug III G early has the shulzen in the box
but if the kit your getting hasnt got any you could try a PE company, i know Eduard make some PE armour for stugs

There is also the option of building a StugIII without the side skirts.

Many StugIIIG’s didn’t have the side skirts.

Just another option.

I believe he has Dragon’s F. I’m sure Eduard makes some, they make most anything. I’ll need to pick some up for my G.

They are also easy to make on your own with plastic sheet. My friend made his that way, I did my tamiya without them, it depends on where the vehicle served.

Aber makes StuG III schutzen. Aber is very high quality PE.

I made mine using thin brass sheeting . It was cheap, about $1.50 at the hobby store. I made brackets out of Plastruct angle . I used the brass sheeting because it enables you to get the dings and bends to look real, just like the p/e parts.
