Show your Revell/Monogram builds

Great work on the B-25 Max. The wear and weathering looks just right to my eye.

Man I forgot about this thread, anywho just finished this one up I started last october 2016. The Revell 1/48 CH-53C converted to a CH-53D…(kinda) using the the wolfpack CH-53E update set and decals from flying leatherneck.

Another old B-25 built many years ago. I was attempting nose art.

I have a few in 1/72.

Very cool collection! I especially like the Skyraider markings.

Beautiful job on all those. I also built that white Phantom, only mine was the Hasegawa model and was a real bear to put together! The decals kept breaking as well, making it even more difficult! Glad to see yours looking far, far better!

These are some of my latest Revell models.

First is this Stearman in 1/48 I built as a review model:

Next is this Revell French Neiuport in 1/72 scale:

Finally, this Revell 50th Anniversary re-issue of the Chris Craft fishing boat:

I do hope these show up. If they do, enjoy!

EDIT: Fixed it. They do now.

68 and Mark, nice additions to la familia [;)]

Thanks Carlos! Glad to support La Familia!

My Revell 1/48 BF 110g2

Theuns

A couple.

I used MRC’s landing gear and instrument panel, balance is R/M

My latest Revell production is a B-29 Super Fortress converted to the Silverplate Enola Gay B-29-45-MO 44-86292, as the Little Boy bomb was released over Hiroshima, Japan on 6 August, 1945.

This is kit # 85-5711. The flight deck and bomb bay were altered, tail gunner position detailed, turrets and observation blisters removed. I did not build the aft cabin because it would have been very difficult and totally hidden. Thre is a full crew less the two that occupied the aft cabin. The bomber has over 200 scratch built parts.

‘Dimples 82’ looks great. Hat’s off for finishing that kit!

Got acouple to add!

Revells 1/32 X-1

And Revells 1/48 F-15E

Most currently completed R/M build. F-101 Voodoo.

That’s four more great additions to the family tree here!

Another classic for the shelf. 1/72 F8F Bearcat wearing Starfighter Decals. Markings are for an aircraft stationed at China Lake in the early Fifties.

Here’s grandpappy. 1.48 Monogram Lightning built by my dad when Nixon was president, around 1972. Anyone got one built earlier?

Wow M-vol . . . That is a Grand-daddy !

I may have built a kit around that time frame, but it would have been one of my first efforts - Those kits are long gone to the landfill.

Here are a few of my more recent builds of the old 1/32 scale Revell Hurricane and Spitfire.

In 1/48 scale . . . The B-24 D. As if the Liberator wasn’t ugly enough already - The Moby scheme didn’t really help.

And the Spitfire Mk. I

In 1/72 scale . . .
