Wanted to give them a shout out,many of us have used them for years with good results.Last week I took advantage of a 15% off Dragon sale and snagged a nice Panther D kit,it was supposed to come with metal skirts but they were missing,they responded to my email in about an hour,and today they advised me that they were on the way and provided a tracking number.
Yes it’s what they are supposed to do,but how many companies fall short in that regard,so I’ll give Them a shout out here.
That’s good to hear. I haven’t been using them as much as I should, partly because of money, but they will be one of the top two companies I will be using.
They are my first choice for modeling supplies. Not the cheapest, but always shipped quickly. The few times I’ve had an issue with something arriving damaged, it was replaced immediately with no hassle.
Too true, far too many companies do the bare minimum, if even that. I have nothing but good to say about Sprue Brothers. Along the lines of your experience, I got a Furball decal sheet from them a while back, the F-102. A few days after I got my order I got another envelope from them; it was an additional sheet supposed to be there that had the buzz numbers and such; I didn’t realize it was missing. They did this unbidden, and it speaks volumes about the caliber of their operation.
It’a a great shop. Check the lighting deals for real bargains.
I think Sprue Bros deserves a pat on the back too, Tojo. They have never let me down.
