At least you paid Tamiya Jumbo prices. I got a Blast (all resin) models’ version plus later Formations upgraded wheels and a Tasca suspension — very pricey project for me!!!
Excellent. This is the one I’ve been waiting for. I built the Verlinden one a long time ago, Maybe 22 year ago, and one of the Tamiya ones with some corrected parts. But this kit should outshine them.

And Dragon has announced an upcoming 1/35 M4 105mm Howitzer Sherman also! The list of Sherman varaints not available in 1/35 styrene is getting smaller and smaller…[Y]
Cool! I hope Tasca is better at releasing this one for you guys than Dragon is about releasing their Jumbo in 1/72 scale. It’s been “Coming Soon” for five years now. Maybe this release will put a fire under Dragon to get their small scale one issued.
Tasca is very good to their word about releases… Dragon, well you know their story. They never did release those FAVs they announced after Desert Storm…[whstl]

Yep, just as soon as I do one from a variety of pieces and parts, somebody kits one…
Maybe this will be my the motivation I “need” to do a Tasca Sherman.
By the way, they were called Assault tank, not Jumbo. Jumbo came about much later like in the 70s or 80s. Kind of like a Sherman was called a M4 during the war.
I told my wife to add this to my Christmas list.
