Hello, from your previous advice I think one of the following will be right for me. What do you think?..

Dragon Mid production M4A1(75) Dry storage. Dn6231. Looks as if it will build into a nice model.

Tamiya Early Sherman TA 35190, I might buy some after market stuff.

What do you think?.

Those are two good choices. However, know that few if any Tiger Is were encountered by US forces in Normandy. Their main opponents, the 2nd SS Pz Div and the 17th SS PzGrenadier units did not have any Tiger Is on hand, as far as I can recall.
