Servus aus Österreich!

Hey Folks!

My name ist Jürgen (but everybody´s calling me Jerry), writing you from Herzogenburg, Austria (mozart, schwarzenegger, wiener schnitzel, Red Bull, you know…[:)])
I´m into modelling since my mums uncle gives me a self built model of the Bf-109 he flew during the war in JG 52. I started with revell´s fokker triplane, scale 1:72, which was already made out of red plastic so I had not to paint it[;)]. This was 19 years ago. I started modelling again (after a short brake that occured trought the upcoming interest for the other gender[8)]) after beeing hit by the extraordinary beautiful sound of an rolls royce merlin engine at an air show, bringing back all the memories of my first true love, the cadillac of the sky, my beloved P-51 Mustang[^].
Today I built mainly fighter planes from WW II, USAAF, RAF, Luftwaffe, in 1:48, using my aztek A470 and gunze acrylics.
I really love my hobby, and therefore it was just a matter of time to become a member in this forum. I hope that I can help somebody with my knowledge and that my questions also wont be unanswered. So, happy modelling![:D]
