Is it just me over here, or has there been some sort of server issue or something going on for several hour from yesterday evening to recently?
All I was getting was a blank page with the text “Service Unavailable”.
I got the same page most of yesterday. My guess is a power outage caused the server to go down.

Good to know it wasn’t just me!
Maybe it was “Service unavailable due to unidentified gremlins”
was I the only one that was hoping that it was them changing the forum back to old version?

There were several severe storms in the areas this weekend, but normal service seems to have returned. Everything should be back to normal now.

Unless the server farm is running a fleet of generators, no. They should have a UPS on each server, but those are so you can do an orderly shutdown until the power is restored.
