Just a quick note to tell you all how impressed I was with the customer service shown by Steve at Eagle Models…I placed an order (a bunch of Quickboost resin radial engines - admittedly on a friday night), and only two days later (again…it was a weekend), he emailed me to tell me that one item on my purchase was on backorder because he felt the quality of that particular resin part was sub-standard, and asked if he could ship the rest of the order immediately, and would ship the backordered item shortly thereafter (at no extra charge to myself, mind you).
That was on 23 November (the postmark on the box was 23 November), and here I am, an entire hemisphere away, on 27 November, holding all the resin bits he sent…THAT was bloody quick!!
The clincher? The resin bits look just as good in real life as they do on his website. Excellent quality, really.
I can’t commend Steve and his exemplary customer service enough. No mucking about…no waiting…I just paid and what I paid for was sent to me immediately. How good is that?
