Darwin, O.F. [alien]

Nice cartoon!

It reminds me of when I was about 10 years old I built a Guillows Bf-109. I carefully painted it up to look like Adolf Galland’s '109 with PollyS. It was late fall after Thanksgiving and I couldn’t wait to fly it. I took it outside on the windiest of days, wound up the rubberband and FOOM!!! it shot like a rocket high up into a sycamore tree. I got to watch it decay all winter long, 25 feet up painfully out of reach. I found the propeller and some of the vacuform bits in the spring when I mowed the lawn.

ouch! poor adolf

Who’s adolf?

adolf galland. he “was inside” the aircraft, as far as i could understand
