Second appeal to the group

I desparately need research info on the Russian 76mm anti tank gun.

If you have info, like instructions from a kit or 3-view drawings that you can scan or a link to a kit available in the US, I will be in your debt.

I have to make a 1/56 scale master for a client.

I have an old 76mm russian anti tank gun kit that I got at a show for cheap. It’s kinda late tonight (1AM here) so when I get up I’ll post pics of the directions or scan them or something. Sorry but Im really tired right now.
In the morning

Pics here of the 76.2mm used for both artillery and AT.

Here is a 3D model of a 76mm Infantry gun.

I’ll buy that kit from you if you want to unload it.

Thanks for the help guys.

philp,

I bought that 3D model from gunpoint-3d…

holy Jeebus. The model is 40,000 polygons and doesn’t miss a single detail. It is everything I could have hoped to find for research.

If you are in the United States, pick out a reasonably priced kit (no $300 resin kits) and I will buy it online and have it sent to you. If you are oversees, find an online dealer near you that takes Visa and tell me what kit you want. Email me with your address info for shipping.

Thanks again,
Jason

Do you still need pics of that model? lol

scer16,

Nice try. I needed this info for a scratchbuild for a client. philp produced the goods and I am in debt. I will repay in full.

These little boards mean so much. I am in the US and my client is in the UK.

In the future, I may need more refernce info and I don’t mind compensating for it.

Jason,
Thanks for the offer but this only took me like 10mins searching to find. I just like helping out when I can. Google is great, you just got to give it the right catch phrase. Once I found out it was a 76.2mm gun, the rest was easy.
Just do a good job for your client and post a pic on my website when your done.

ok, fair trade.

I will send you a copy of the kit

HAtewell, Not to take away from this forum, but if you try Missing lynx, those guys have anything you could ever want.
