My wife bought an obitsu ball joint doll that has a vinyl torso and plastic arms and legs. We have not been able to find a clear sealer that will cover the vinyl without staying tacky for ever. We tried an acrylic clear made by Plaid who also makes acrylic paints but it still dries tacky on vinyl. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
