Sdkfz 234 drilling - Hasegawa + CMK 1:72

Ever heard about this never realized project? I will try to build it as it possibly looked like. The CMK set is for Sdkfz 251, I will use only some parts and the nice Hasegawa kit of Stummel is well known…

Wow, that looks cool, Petr! I’ll be interested in seeing how it turns out!

Hi Doog, in fact there were few guys before me trying to bring this project into model reality - as you can see on photos. There are two versions of the fighting compartment roof, I will let it open as a cabrio with sides only becouse in the yellow vehicle won´t be any space for the gunner… this 234 looks cool, what do You think?

Wow, what a cool and weird vehicle!

I can see why it never made it to production–there is NO ROOM at all for a gunner!

It’lll make an interesting little addition to a collection! That first model there kicks butt! What great weathering!

Keep your progress posted, Petr–I’ll be watching!

Wow, that is amazing in 1/72. Is the first photo in 1/72? Love what your doing with this guy. You’re going to need some new eyes when finished. LOL

Hey, Petr—this looks cool…but whatever happened to your Panzer III dio in 35th scale?

Tigerman, both photos are in 1:35, the first one is built by some Polish modeler, such a think in 1:72 would be realy something extraordinary…

Oh dear Mr.Manstein …grrr…, I see You will force me to finish this dio by your commets[|(] Be sure I will be soon back with some progress, please be patient.

Little work on drilling (tripple MG) is done… In 1:72 (as this is my first afv in this scale) this is realy tiny  I´m not very satisfied, but I mean to build this 8wheel quite fast as OOB. I want build full collection of Sdkfz 234 in 1:72 as soon as possible.

Verrrry nice, Petr! I can’t wait to see this done–its going to be cool! That’s some tiny parts there! Keep going!!! [:D]

That looks really good man. Its nice to see some more 1/72 for a change. I dont get to post my work that often because well… I hardly finish my newer kits and my finished ones are lame [tdn] .
