He’s up and at it again. This well known scammer of modelling buy/sell sites and RC Helicopter forums is at it again. He just posted a “For Sale” item over on Track-Link. Often he also offers to purchase from guys who are listing their goods. He never pays and then resells the stolen items.

Amazing, that the police haven’t nabbed hm yet! Someone ought to bring this guy down!
The Police do not have jurisdiction, on this sort of scam. Even better is a US Postal Inspector. As they investigate mail fraud. And they are considered Federal Law Enforcement! If enough people complain it will defiantly send the ball rolling.

Does anybody know if Yahoo has been notified? They may able to at least take away his Yahoo web priviledges.
Yahoo is next to useless in these matters. The most they will do is suspend his account/s. Trivial to just get a new one. After a few deletions yahoo will quit doing anything about the person. Postmaster I agree is the best way to go. Put him behind bars for a few years. Maybe bubba will help him find a new line of work.
Mail fraud would be the best route, and the investigators can be quite effective. But it would need a victim to set the ball in motion.
