i saw an article, but dont know where, it gave all of the scales and sizes, emample 1/87=HO what i need to know what size people for 1/25, G scale seems too big to be realistic
G is not a scale but a gauge or distance between the rails. Scales that run on G gauge model railroad track include 1/20.3, 1/29 and 1/32. Some 1/29 figures are available but are noticably small for 1/25. A few resin figures are available in 1/25 but are rather expensive.
