I placed an order with them on Thanksgiving, being shipped elsewhere. Over the w/e, noticed my city and state got mixed in the ship to address. Dropped them an email on Sunday, since being sent on Monday, thinking " oh well".
Half an hour later got a reply that corrections had been taken care of. Now that’s taking care of customers in this day and age.

I’ve spent a lot of my hobby $ at Scalehobbiest.com through the years, their prices and service are the best on the web. The few times I had to return something (always my fault), they responded and resolved it quickly. Their “notification” feature has been great, particularly these days when Tamiya paints are in such short supply. I’m addicted to Tamiya Fine Light Grey rattle can Primer and have gone through about 9- 10 cans since the pandemic started. I immediately ordered another four cans when they notified me it was back in stock. Highly recommend Scalehobbiest!
I was drawn to SH for their easy to use website. Then came the great communication and service. I don’t mind paying a little extra for the convience and sound of mind.
