I occasionally see posts from someone wanting a conversion from one scale to another. It’s an easy calculation but I was bored at work today so I wrote an online converter for my web site. The link is:

Here’s another one that is standalone. I wrote it in C++ earlier this year and never did anything with it. No installer or anything, just unZip it and run it. You can put it anywhere you want on your disk, and the only other file it creates is an .INI file in the same directory.
