I remember reading a suggestion awhile back about attaching AFV wheels to a dremel to make sanding easier.
Makes sense…but what’s used to attach them? The standard mandrel screw isn’t deep enough to mount VVSS wheels.
Anybody?

A drill bit that has a tight fit… almost has to be “screwed” on the end… chucked in a Dremel works.
Awesome! Drill bits I have in abundance!
Just be careful about your speed and duration of exposure settings. Styrene will melt if subjected to sufficient high-speed friction. [;)]
OH YEAH… What he said!!!
Use a scotch brite pad rather than sand paper and constanly check on how it looks
Rounds Complete!!
You have one of those variable chucks for your Dremel? Think they only cost about $5 - then you could stick in something pretty thick down to something like a needle. They work very well in my experience.
