out of curiosity, how well is their service? i placed an order but i needed to cancel and haven’t heard back in a few days. how well is their response rate? thanks
Roll Models are not very fast filling orders, the last time I ordered it took them 2 months to get the order to me and it was only 75% filled.
yeah, i noticed i kept getting an answering machine during their work hours. i’m moving in a month and i just didn’t want the new homeowners receiving an injection molded plastic house-warming gift from me.

i just hope the three emails and the voicemail to cancel the order get through. just can’t understand how they can operate the type business they have and do it so poorly compared to other companies i’ve dealt with.
I must be a lucky one - I have never had a Roll order take more than 13 days, start to finsh and a couple were completed in 5-6 days. I don’t buy a lot from Rob, but he does have the odd stuff, like the 1:48 resin interior for the Revellogram B-58 [:D] It’s a shame that you have had a bad experience, as Rob seems like a really good guy…

Waited 3 weeks for a delivery just recently. Not sure why it takes so long but at least I wasn’t in a huge hurry or anything.
