I need the UPC number. Mine is missing all the paperwork (ie decals and instructions) and I am getting a completely ignored by Revell and RoG. I have sent a total of 5 emails, tried calling, and have even placed an order for the decals under their missing parts section on their web page. I thought Revell-Monogram/ RoG had better customer service skills then this.
That sucks! I ordered tons of parts from them and never had a problem…maybe there`s a change for the bad over there…[*-)]
Usually the Revell of Germany stuff takes at least a month to get to you. They won’t give you tracking info or any kind of email confirmation. One day you will come home, and surprise ! It’s in the mailbox. That was my experience last year with the F-4C kit from RoG.
I have had no luck yet getting hold of Revell or getting the UPC number. What has happened to customer service at Revell??? Haven’t even received an email response.
Theyre not going to respond. I just went on the site and its the same as its always been. If you need a replacement part the instructions are there to go about it. The UPC code is on the kit box...the bar code. Is that missing from your box? I just ordered the canopy for their P-51D kit...followed their instructions and it showed up in the mail a few weeks later. This was a couple months ago but Ive done this several times and they always came through with the part.
…BUT…that was Revell in the USA…never had to deal with RoG. Maybe someone on the forum has this kit and can scan the UPC for you. Ive even had people on Ebay do similar things for me...copy instructions, etc...youd be surprised how helpful people can be! Do a search on ebay for the kit you have and ask the seller for their help…can`t hurt.
This kit I have is the same as the Pro Modeler edition minus the weapon load. I have tried sending a message to a seller on Ebay, and have heard nothing. The bar code on the box was covered with the price tag from where I purchased it and I tore it trying to remove it. Just frustrated.[:@]

I never tried to get decals from Revell, just parts. Was this a brand new kit missing decals? If not, write a new post asking for a copy of the instructions…Ive done it for several people. I have an F-15 kit...old Revellogram...think its the “C” version…if thatll help you in any way Id gladly make you a copy. As for decals, same thing, someone probably would make you some or scan a copy and email them so you could make your own if you dont want to go the AM route. Other than that I guess youre stuck with dealing with Revell.

Try calling some Hobby Shops, rather than Revell, to see if it’s in stock and you may get the UPC code that way…

If the UPC number ist the number underneath the bar code, then it´s 4 009803 045504.
As I do not have a scanner, I could also take pictures of the instructions if you still need them, might be better than nothing.

FINALLY heard from Revell! It’s going to be 12-14 weeks for the decals, but a download was emailed to me for the missing insrtuctions.
Glad to hear that Mike! If they didnt come through it would be the first time they hadnt…to my knowledge anyway. That 12-14 week wait is gonna suck but at least you know they`re coming!
Finally received my replacement decals!!! Yay!!! Took about 9 weeks, but I got them!!
