I’m building a Testors RF-4C Phantom and want to build it as a German RF-4E in the Norm 72 camouflage. The way I look at it I will have to spend $35 plus shipping for markings and stencils. I’m trying to find some alternatives to the Air Doc Decals because of the cost. Is there anything else out there?
