Anyone out there having troulble with Monogram decals shattering when you try to put them on the model? I even used microscale Liquid Decal film. They were a little old but, I have used older ones and have had no problems.
I have never had that happen with any of my decals before, sorry to here about it though.
What kind of aircraft was it, maby someone can send you a better sheet, or you could try to contact the manufaturer. They might send you a new one, though i have heard that they might charge a small fee for that. Good luck with it!
I’ve had it happen with just about all kit makers decals at one time or another. I use AM decals almost exclusively.

I have had it happen before as well. It is when it happens on the last two kits from Monogram I begin to wonder. Several years ago Monogram had some problems and I was wondering if it was happening again.
Yes I have just completed their Pro-Modeller SB2 and the decals were a pain in the you know what ! In the end ,because they shatterd so much i had to really heavy weather the model with a scalpel ie scraping (lucky i undercoat with polished aluminium) but this is the third Revell/Monogram kit in succession that decal problems have occurred for me and Here in NZ you cant get aftermarket ones from the shops
It’s to the point now where I toss just about all kit decals. Sometimes, I luck out and get a kit with Scalemaster or Cartograph decals but generally when I choose a kit, I head straight for the decal section of the store.
