Revell F16 ADF 1:48

I got this yesterday, Last time I built a model I must have been 13-14, it seemed a lot bigger back then, although I built a different type.

So what do you think of this kit and can you point me to any resouce site where i might be able to find some different markings if i don’t do the stock ones?

Will try post progress pics

hey champ - I temporarily 4got u were an Aussie.

I got the same model, partly built but haven’t got any future plans to further it. This post came up with almost the exact same title, so you could do a search of the forums. With regards to decals, there are heaps from TwoBobs, Aeromaster, etc - so just visit their websites all go to a very good LHS. And with the resources/references on the kit, and the old post dealt with some of that - overall a pretty plain basic kit, but Hasegawa is the king for F-16 48th’s.

ere r som links just to get the ball rolling . . http://modelingmadness.com/decals/decalsidx.htm

(ps - remember - there’s heaps of others out there)

good luck

Hey ROOSTA,
the R-M’s (Old Revell’s) Falcon has a lot of inaccuracies, it’s more of the Prototype F-16 then the full scale developement planes, and the canopy is wrong it’s missing the hinges on the aft of the canopy rails, the interior is lacking, as with the landing gear and wells, if you want to do a correct Falcon I’d turn to the ole Hasegawa’s or Italeri’s but the Hasegawa’s is the best for your money,

Hi Roosta, I thought I’d let you know the Dutch company Dutchdecal also make very nice decals for the F-16 A and B (MLU), mainly KLu versions. Some of these are pretty colorful and the quality is good (but usually not jaw-dropping spectacular). You could order some from www.lhshop.nl if you can’t find them on the other side of the earth [;)].
