Heres the latest on my build
I finished the cockpit added some gloss cote to the dials
the last pic . I couldn’t resist a maock up
Looking good! I feel like I can just sit right down in that cockpit! Keep up the great work!
Cheers Duke
heres some more progress
I attached the nose section to the main fuselage , finished the sanding and filling ,due to very bad fit ,(any chance of a thing called quality control revell !!! ??? )
Sprayed it in white primer , then did some pre-shading with a marker pen
don’t ask me if this will work or what it will come out like
I have used a marker for preshading. It can give nice results, depending on your paint an AB.
If you use a “real” marker (not a white-board marker) it should work just fine.
Sean,
I would be VERY careful not to wake the large, pink crocodile which you used to support the cockpit for your photos …
Looking good Sean. Will be interested to see how the preshading works out.
regards, Rick
Cheers Guys
heres my last lot for today
Nice stuff Sean. Long time no see, still have msn? (Bbq.of.DooM [at] Gmail.com)
Keep it up, just try not to lay down heavy coats of paint, or the perminent marker turns purple and pink.
It looks great. You have turned a dog into a gem.
Cheers Guys
