After a few years ,I have decided to resume work on this Winnebago project Constructed of sheet Styrene and wooden strips the chassis is an AMT Kenworth chassis .Today I scratch -built the upper grille sections made from evergreen Styrene strips …
Cool. I was enjoying this project.
The addition of the wood made it very solid ,before it was a little floppy!
It’s good to see it back.
You guys remember it?
Indeed we do. Reminded me of a Barbie Winnebago my sister’s friend had. Looking forward to see it emerge!
It won’t be pink,I can assure of that!
First time that I’ve seen this project and it is AMAZING! You are doing an awesome job of scratch building.

Thanks! I put in the sub-floor for the front of the cabin as well as the radiator and some more structure up front.
Making the framework for the dog house ,which in this case is abnormally long due to the length of the engine and radiator.
Put the plastic plates on and the Dog house engine cover is quite large but perfect for a table or perhaps stationary seating while the Winnebago is parked;.
Floor fully installed used .60 Styrene.
