Is there any way to remove Tide Marks from a model?
Not sure what a 'tide mark’ is. A brief description supported with a photograph will get you the answers you seek.
Well, i was applying Pigment Fixer over an area with pigments and the fixer spread itself onto areas like the front glacis plate. when the fixer dried, it left a mark at the very edge of where the fixer was.

I add mine to the water before putting the clothes in. Thus no Tide marks! [H]

I have had this issue when I use a fixer too, so now I just saturate the hole area to an edge to eliminate the problem even if the spot I am applying the fixer to has no pigment on it.

Just my thought…
… that is, on the Tide.

Thanks for the help!
Ok I am picking up what you are laying down.
You mean a off white line caused by a pigment wash. I had no luck removing this (tried pencil eraser even!) and finally dry brushed the original color over it. Basically it is a stubborn stain that is sometimes caused from a reaction or impurities in the wash. All good & why armor is a forgiving medium.
