Well I went and really screwed the pouch on this canopy job and the only way to fix it without ruining the rest of the model is to remove it, fix the the hatchet job and re-install it. I am working on a Hasagawa Sea King model and used CA to mount it, well the CA got away from me and now the canopy looks like a demilitarized zone. So is there a way to dissolve/remove the CA so I can remove and clean up the canopy and the body to re-install it? Looking for help!!!

Get a tube/bottle of CA Debonder. Apply it to the seams of the canopy. It should soften the CA so you can remove the canopy for repair. Mask off the areas around the canopy to prevent further damage caused by the debonder.
Debonder is available at most places you purchase CA…craft and hobby shops…independent hardware stores.
Thanks Hawkeye, I have been ever so deligently trying to scrap around the edge to get it off but its tough stuff. Recently at the club and model show I got the same response to the question “you didn’t use white glue”, I felt like I had been caught doing something illegal. I wil try that, and thanks.
