Reggiane r-2000 interior colour/Hungary

Hi Everyone,

I’ve just purchased a Legato 1/72 R-2000 from our local hobby Expo. Upon reading the instructions, there is no mention of the interior colour. I’ve also exhaused all internet avenues, and my reference books do not mention it ether. I’m hoping someone can enlighten me .

Hi Leo, I don’t know about the one’s built in Hungary (I can’t remember the contract builder’s name offhand, although I was just reading an article about the Hungarian Reggianes just yesterday), but the Italian built ones had Italian Interior Green. A color similar to British Interior Green. I hope that helps.

Thanks for the reply. you are right, The Italain interior was very similar to the RAf colour. Do you know or is there anyone who has built a Hungarian REG. I would love to know what the instructions say

The SpecialHobby instructions, for the Re.2000 and the MAVAG Heja II, say to use Gunze Sangyo H312 Green.

Italeri’s Re.2000 instructions recommend either MM’s 1716 Pale Green enamel, or MM Acryl 4739 Pale Green.
