Ahhh, one of the things that i miss about Deutschland… seemed like every town had their own brew.
And it isnt just Germany. Everywhere you go, particularly in Europe, they have their own local brew. They are usually proud of it and it’s always good form to at least try it.
Americans are only just getting into what we call microbrewing, compared to Europeans. We have a small brauhaus where I live that makes some excellent beer. Seek them out whenever you can.
