Greetings All!
I’m currently building an Ozmods DHC Caribou in 1/144th scale. It’s going to be an RAAF all Dark Green version, A4-159 of 35 Sqn. in the late 1970’s
Does anyone know a the correct Dark Green to use?
Any help would be appreciated.

Jeez Mate thats a tough one, when i saw the topic title i thought you were chasing that elusive foliage green used on RAAF machines in the Pacific during WWII, But as far as the colours on the Caribou goes i’m sorry mate but i have no idea…
Perhaps you could ask the question in the Aussie Modellers forum…
I think that it will be the same colour as the US equivilent but if you can wait ntil after the Cup I will chech with my RAAF expert and let you know.
As for the Tea Tree Green check with the Temora Aviation Museum thay may be able to help.

The IPMS Stokholm website has lots of colour charts and which paints to use. Unfortunately it does not answer your specific question. It’s still agood place to check first for similar questions though. Look in helpdesk.
