I am about to start building the Airfix 1/48 scale B-57B kit. I built the Classic Airframes kit but I am not satisfied with the finished results. The canopy doesn’t fit no matter what I try and it spoils the look of the completed model. I bought the Airfix kit to replace it. Has anyone built the Airfix kit? If you have do you have any advice or building tips I should know about before I start working on it?

Have you tried looking for a vacuum-formed canopy from Squadron? That might fix your Classic Airframes quandary.
