Hi all, thought I would give you all an update. My claim has been denied, so won’t be getting any money back. I have been going back and forth with the card company and have told them that I can’t provide an order number because there wasn’t one, and have sent them replies to the emails from the vendor (basically email is false) but not good enough. So I have told them what to do with the card,and will be getting one from somewhere else. Thank you all for your help and support with this, I really appreciate it.

PS. I will not give up looking for kit but will be more careful!!
