How do you isolate the desired text in a post to quote a reply without including the whole post which could be very elaborate making it hard for the reader to know what exact part of the post you’re replying to?

There are several techniques you can use…
You can quote the entire post, as above, by hitting the “quote” button insted of the “reply” button to the top right of an individual post:
You can copy the entire quoted block and just delete the part of the text you don’t want:
or you can copy the entire quoted block and highlight the part which you are referring to:
