I am getting hubby this model he wants and I have no idea what I am looking for such as scale type…Could anyone give me any advice on this model…

These are nice kits, I’ve built the Ranger. It’s about 17" long and although some detail is molded a little large, I like them.
Unless he really wants to superdetail it out with Photo Etch or is building to a spacific time period, there is nothing else you need.
