Short answer is “yes”…butt, you need to switch heads of figure on left since he is wearing an SS cap…the trouser style is mid to late-war that was made in a wool blend but I think you could get away with using them…I would use brown for the trousers and khaki for the shirts…low cut boots are typical…
Heer “Tropen” uniforms were a light olive in color. They faded into such a myriad of shades you almost cannot go wrong.

It depends, if you were going for the typical Afrikakorps look, then no. I don’t recall seeing any photos, nor in videos of the surrender in Tunisia, but one of my references does state there could be found a mixture of continental and tropical gear very late in the campaign.
The fixes, most already mentioned, are quite easily attained with either a sharp knife or a different paint colour. As far as gaiters are concerned, these too were issued quite late.
