Is there a decent Jagdtiger kit on the market in 1/35 scale? I built a Tamiya one back in the 80’s but can’t find that one now. Anybody?
Dragon has a Porsche and a Henschel(Late). They are the big name. Nichimo (if you can find one) is another. That is pretty much it for the mainstream.
Revell do a Jagdtiger as well. I believe that it’s a rebox of one of the dragon kits without the pe set, but with track guards. Should you get one wear sunglasses when you open the box, mine was moulded in bright yellow plastic. I used an eduard gun barrel and aber grill set on it and was quite pleased with the results.

Dont get the Tamiya one, its too short
the Dragon one is the best out there, the Revell one is the same kit but reboxed and cheaper, so its the best buy, as said above you dont get PE with the Revell but thats just the grills and some other bits
Dragon have the Porche suspention version and the standard suspention(same as the Revell kit)
On that note, there is a feature in the second-last issue of TMMI of TWO of these beasts builtup, the Dragon and Revell offering.
Here is the kit # for the dragon kits I believe only the late is still in production at the moment.

Great Models list a Jagdtigetr by Royal Models or something like that. Does anybody know if it’s any good?
My only experience with dragon was a pathetic Jagdpanzer IV but I’m willing to try them again based upon these recommendations.
