Pz. III Ausf.N [Build from Ausf M]

This is a Pz. III Ausf.N convert from Pz.III Ausf.M(Kits:DML 9015,without PE).
As most Ausf Ns builded from Ausf Ls(about 447),Only about 213 Ausf Ms converted to Ausf Ns,so this is not a typical Ausf N. I made some mistakes in building this model[}:)]

Any criticizes & suggestions are welcome!
