Hello All:

I just wanted to pop in here and let you know that, within the past couple of days there has been a couple of updates put on www.ptboatworld.com that may be of interest to some of you.

The first is: there is a write up and photo gallery of a Revell PT-109 kit done as the 109 by Mr. Fritz Koopman. Fritz really did a remarkable job on this model and it really needs to be seen to be believed. My hat’s off to Fritz on this model.

The other update comes to us by the way of England. John Lambert was kind enough to send me a document from the British Admiralty on Comouflage of ships at sea. In the pages of this document are two descriptions of two schemes meant for Coastal Forces craft. I’ve excerpted these descriptions and put them on my site for your use.

Garth, He did a really nice job on it although, I wont nitpick on the searchlight.
I am curious as to the depth charges tho… are they the ones from HR Prod?

To my understanding, the searchlight wasn’t on the 109 when JFK had her.
