The Revell Mayflower is coming along and the hull is almost done, just need to do some clean up painting.

The Airfix Golden Hinde is my first model in quite some time. I have learned alot building it and things such as gloss paint and lack of weathering are things you will notice that are not correct. I still need to add the sails, I had some damaged sails and had to order a new sheet of them. Overall I am happy with it and the experience.

Lon, looks like some nice builds. I can vaguely remember building a Mayflower years ago when I was a kid and having a lot of fun with it (even though it didn’t turn out so great). Thanks for sharing your pics, they bring back some memories.
