Problem with Iwata HP CS

Hello all,

Hopefully there is a simple solution to this issue. I have an Iwata HP CS and when I press the trigger down for air paint comes out. Being double action it’s supposed to press down air and pull back for paint. I did a cleaning on it last night and it has worked flawlessly all day. After a color change and clean this problem occurred. If it helps any I use an Iwata smart jet.

Mostly likely something is preventing the needle from fully sealing the nozzel. Could just be not inserted all the way. Coulld be some dried paint or debris in the nozzle. Or, hopefully not, your nozzle is damaged/split.
