Anybody ever heard of a B24 Liberator that served in Europe called the Princess Pat? I am building one, Academy 1:72, and I want to try and recreate the markings. Wondering if anyone has ever seen them.

Here’s a link that may help you. There were at least four “Princess Pats” that I’ve come across, and probably more. This page has a few photos of two different “PP’s”:

Do you know specifically what unit this aircraft was in? That may help in searching for info.

Hi jridge,
Could you tell me what you would need to make custom decals (info, etc.) and a wild ballpark cost?The three things I am thinking about are a 1/32 Do-335, 1/32 Ar-234, and reproduction decals for a Monogram Big Drag, the 1/8th scale blown dragster from the 60s. I’m just looking for some idea before pursuing.

Just realized you may be talking about making my own; either way I am curious.

I don’t make the decals. I’ve recommended Mike Grant Decals several times in this forum. I figured everyone was tired of reading my pitch.
