Pride of the Afrika Korps

Hello all. Just wanted to share some pics of my Pzkpfw III ausf H from Dragon. I wish the background had come out better. Enjoy and all comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Nice pics. The PZ III is my favorite tank. I have built the E, F (reworked from an E and the G), G, H, K (using the Tamiya L, and the DML K), the L, and the N (using the Tamiya L and the Gunzy turret).

Waiting for a good short barrel J. I have the Gunzy J, but it is a hybrid.

Personally I like how the spare track on the front of the hull sags outward. It’s realistic looking and not often modeled this way.Nice job.

Would love to check out your work but it says the server is offline right now so will check back later…

Excellent work. A real nice balance of all the elements that bring out the fine points on your build. Mild camo, wash, and weathering. Thanks for sharing with us. Semper Fi, mike

great weathering and fantastic paint job. all the little details look great. thanks for posting

Love Pz III’s. You did a really nice job on yours. What did you think of the kit? Thanks for sharing.

I want to thank you all for your comments. nmayhew, the kit was out of the box except for the jerrycan water rack in the back and the decals are from the kit. I was especially glad the way they flattened out. Tigerman; I thought the kit was excellent, the PE grill was a pleasant addition and the kit went together well, tho I did have a little problem with the side fenders. Overall a very good kit.
